I am taking French in school so if the need arose, I could help make French translations depending on how far I get in my French.

First off, it really should be "Review Quotations"
We assume that you already had some influence on the state affair over the past four years. To find out the kind of influence, you have to review the following quotations and give them a priority. The calculation of your state will take a few seconds.
