In the Dashboard, under 'Your Status', there exists the following stat for me:

Experience 0.77

I know this is related to my nation, and most likely is what causes the 'Ehrfahrung 1' to show up under my avvie (0.77 is rounded up to 1), but i was wondering how this is actually calculated. Ally worth (0.35) times two is what comes closest so far, but i'm kind of curious if anyone knows a few specifics.

Also, a nation related question. Back when i created my nation i got a Task about Immigration, and selected to only have educated citizens immigrate. Ever since then, my Migration has been higher than my Immigration regardless of how well my economy is doing or what my Regent stats are.

Birth rate vs. Mortality is enough to cushion the blow somewhat, but i'd really like to know how to stop people from leaving the country in the first place. Raising PE Family would only increase the birth rate, but i'm looking for a way to curb Migration.
I don't know how the ally and state worth are calculated, but I do know why your migration index is relatively high; It's because of your quality of life and rights and chances. Try to increase the stats in these zones and your migration will slow down dramatically.
Thanks, i'll go raise some PE expenditures at Family and Education or somesuch. Because like most countries irl, i expect problems to go away by tossing enough money at it Wink

Umm.. PE Health, Family and Education, correct?

Also, money supply should be somewhere around GDP, or slightly above it?

Includ raising PE administration (an increased infrastructure index brings more free time for your people and your regent, that lowers the mortality rate); As for the GDP I like to keep my money supply slightly under it, it's nothing writen in stone, just try to keep them (GDP and money supply) in balance. Wink
Also try choosing GINI lowering options for your tasks.
