Task "Police accouterment"
“It would be inefficient to lapse into blind actionism and to spend an enormous amount on modern bits and pieces.” says Hanna Bell, politician on the state level. “We should raise the budget moderately and check exactly which purchases are really necessary. Our preventive measures already achieved sustained success.”
I think the "d" is missing here.
"Administration reform I"
“At the moment the way from office to office – the collecting of documents and certificates – is very time-consuming, sophisticated and expensive.” complains Zacharias Heppner, a highly paid IT-Specialist. “We should organize a general data-bank which is built in single modules. The citizen or office could allocate the requested information – preferable through internet sources – to the inquiring office. A safe authentication system will secure data privacy, also the citizen will be able to see the saved facts about him."
I think a better translation would be:
“At the moment the way from office to office – the collecting of documents and certificates – is very time-consuming, complex and expensive.” complains Zacharias Heppner, a highly paid IT-Specialist. “We should set up a central database which is made up from single modules. Citizens or offices could release the requested information – preferable through internet sources – to the inquiring office. A safe authentication system will insure data privacy and the citizens will also be able to see what information about them is stored."
Fixed the reform and will work on the police accouterment one. Please list the number of the task (end of the address bar) as it makes it much easier to locate it for editing.

OK...task "Cannibalism" (should be number 128)
"Human flesh is very alible." says Henry Bafflegab, a food fabricant. "It's a sham to just bury or burn the precious canvas. If the beveared want to spare the cost of a burial, we will be pleased to carry over with the disposal."
Instead of canvas I think tissue is the correct translation for (human)"Gewebe" here.
And "beveared" should probably be "bereaved", if you translate "Angehoerige" as "Hinterbliebende".
Over all the translation sometimes sounds a bit forced and has a wooden phrasing to it. If a translator could have a look at it.

Sorry, but there is still the mistake in Test India V's overview:
Die Mehrzahl der sehr ungebildeten und vernünftigen Bewohner ist sehr zufrieden mit den Verhältnissen. Sie genießen den Ruf, fleißig und freiheitsliebend zu sein, und erfreuen sich entspannten.

Recent reform-acclamation
Reform Administration Reform
Theme Experts say that due to increasing labor costs and a growing population, it is necessary to reorganize the antiquated system of bureaucracy in [staat].
Description of the reform “To get anything done in [staat], ...
Seems to me that "[staat]" should be something else...although for a alliance reform it does not really make sence. Maybe comfreak should have a look at this...
Task "Freedom of Art" (#145)
"What you see today! Even splotches of ink, pictures painted by chimpanzees, or oversized sexual organs are declared art!" outrages Sigrid Sorrel, chairwoman of the Association for Purity. "The insanity of oscene daubers shouldn't be presented in public, especially not in museums or in school instruction. The Ministry of Culture has to install a regulating group that watches public space. This way, our beautiful country will become a real nation of purity and civilization again!"
Should be obscene.

License of parenthood task
Red is what I believe to be incorrect, blue is suggestion, and green should be deleted.
Leading psychologists and educationalists argue for the systhematical systematical education of future parents.
"You need licenses for driving and fishing, but not for the most important thing of the world, education." parenting or parenthood thinks Alfred Werething, a settled Psychoanalist. "It is necessary for parents to know how to deal with their children in order to prevent the consequential damages of wrong education. Therefore, we have to introduce a tuition course for education even at school who qualifies for having children. "Therefore we need to mandate that all potential parents take a course in child rearing at their local school." If somebody fails this course, we have to prevent him or her from becoming parent becoming a parent, even by means of chemical sterilization if necessary."
"It's not a good idea to hurt human rights for the assumed interests of children!" angers Oscar Turner, leader of an ecclesiastic residential school vehemently states.
"It is correct that there is no agreement about an ideal way method of education child rearing." says Wilma Bedrock, a bedraggled educationalist. "But we have some ideas about what not to do. To educate the people about them cannot be bad. Therefore, becoming potential parents should take a course and a test and the child allowance they receive should depend on their achievements in the tests. This way, no one can say later on that he didn't know it better."
"I can agree to that. But the children will have even greater disadvantages if the incapable parents get their child allowance cut." says John Shaffrath, former charge of a psychiatry, whose parents were poor and used harsh methods of education discipline?. "Therefore, it would make more sense to observe the families of parents with inadequate test results by means of random visits of licensed educationalists."

Sure! That would be great! I probably will not go looking for mistakes, but any that I come across I'd be happy to correct.
