Certainly would make the game more interesting, and you wouldn't lose everything if you lost your nation.
Oh, keep in mind in RL Opposition Parties propose their own shadow budgets.
Well as I said, it would really be a lot of programming effort, and there are many more urgent things to do, which generate more benefit, we guess

Again, sorry if this has already been posted, but how will the players be able to do: tasks, budget, military, alliance, secret-files, and projects; once everything is set-up? I'm new to the game and barely understand the current features as they are. I'm learning, but I'm just saying that all these features at the same time might discourage new players or be a turn-off for people to sign-up due to limited actions and being difficult to understand what & how to do. Unfortunately I'm too inexperianced to think of possible solutions to make things more 'user-friendly'/easier for new people to understand. Thank you for your time.

IzyE's suggestion for a big project was a motorway project especially for Indian states.
The benefits: It led the USA and Germany out of a recession.
You get a boost in?/of? infrastructure.
The number of unemployed shrinks.
It's more a project for Indian states, as Germany and USA already have high values of?/in? inrastructure.

I'd like to add, that the unemloyment rate will only shrink temporarily and will rise again as soon as the motorway is finished. You could'nt build motorways forever.
@IzyE: I won't translate further posts for you (I just have my social day) and I think in the English part of the the forum we can insist on English posts - just to be fair with the English speaking members who don't write English in the German part too.
So I ask you to at least translate your post yourself or post it in the German forum. Your suggestions would be fine here (http://forum.ars-regendi.com/vorschlage-...-2589.html) for example.

I would recommend to add a feature of creating governmental corporations, which will be controlling the national resources and would be able to issue shares and sell them to other countries.

These governmental funds are called SWF, Sovereign Wealth Funds (i.e. norwegian, singapore, emirates or recently China) They are now growing more and more.
The USA also has a small Sovereign Wealth Fund, called In-Q-Tel.

I think we should put highways,different buildings, and some government building like the FEMA, and HUDD. Oh and the unemployment office also.
