[/size]Hello I am trying to join an alliance but the page has the join buttons under the menus on the right side of the page and I have resized the page up and down and not working

Your states are classic states with one tick, are they?

The problem is, as it seems, that one of the newer alliance leaders has a relatively long user name. In combination with the large banners of the other alliances, the buttons are pushed further to right. I will contact the respective leaders and ask them to down-size their banners a bit to fix the issue.

For now, you could simply try another browser. I am using firefox, and for me the buttons are still within clickable reach:
