Press the print screen button, then go start/accessories/paint/ select the edit button then paste, then save, then upload it to a site like http://tinypic.com/ for instance and paste the link in your post.
If you're still having trouble, you tell me when you want to post the screens and I'll do it for you.

Excuse me, but only classic states are allowed to participate. Plus your state was created before this competition was announced. Malone announced the rules of competition in the first post. Both you and Korpse should create new states to participate in the competition.
