The Protectorate of Nilfgaard seeks buyers for its oil and gas (RS) surplus. Such a commercial partnership would certainly aid in the reconstruction of this war-torn nation. In exchange for enactment of a trade treaty, the protectorate government will officially establish friendly diplomatic relations with the government responsible.
