DIGNITY

My fellow regents, welcome to our new world.

A new world full of hope, of promise and opportunity.

A world of freedom, of democracy and vision.

Welcome friends, to an alliance with Dignity.

Our founding principle is based on the idea that;
we support individual freedom, democracy and capitalism.

However we stand firm in the belief that
Those who deny freedom to others deserve it not for themselves.
~Abraham Lincoln

So join us and we can act together as a Dignified face for democracy.

Join us to act in unison for freedom as we champion our shared values and common goals.

Join us as we venture into this new world and face challenges head on.

Together we really can make a difference.

Rise above, get Dignified, join us.

IN CHARACTER NEWS REPORT

Today, it has emerged, that the executive powers behind the alliance Dignity have strongly stood against any war-faring activities of any of their members. Reporter Luv News reports that a source close to the leadership today noted;
"The leading members made it clear that warfare would not be tolerated".

It is believed that this strong internal announcement has unfolded after two of its member states, namely Bayern and W 22 - CS 1, failed to champion the alliances strong beliefs of freedom and democracy as they both participated in an unwarranted skirmish of which at time of writing the aggressor has yet been made clear.

Allegedly Bayern has also provoked atomic war with the state of Bunzrepublik which according to a source close to the Vice Leader of Dignity is "completely un-acceptable". A notion which has been mirrored by the state of Phania which has imposed a boycott of Bayern. According to an alliance official "Diplomatic options must be exhausted before military operations can be considered".

As events continue to unfold it has been made clear where Dignity stands... all that remains to be seen is its response as it leads its peer alliances and nations from the front. But perhaps after condemning its member nations further action on the Alliance's part will not be necessary... This reporter indeed hopes it will be that simple!

IN CHARACTER POST

According to our sources, the State of Bayern was today exiled from the Alliance "Dignity" due to its use of atomic weapons, as well as of course the nations violent and aggresive behaviour.

"Dignity wants to be a shining example for freedom and peace,
so these kind of actions are totally unacceptable"
The Dignity leadership was quoted.

This announcement comes as no surprise to this reporter as the Alliance made clear their stance on this matter recently. Since however Bayern has engaged in another war - perhaps expulsion was not as effective as hoped... one wonders how the situation may develop in the future if Bayerns ways do not change.

THE DAWN OF DEMOCRACY

As the election for World Leader spurs on it has emerged that the Alliance Dignity has rallied behind one of its members, Oxford, and given the state an official endorsement.

A number of its members were a short while ago charting in the race for leadership, including both members of the Alliance leadership, but it has since adopted a cohesive stance on the election.

Oxford is currently the front runner in the election race and stands as the favorite to win. It is the opinion of this reporter that it only bodes well for freedom and democracy to have such a figure at the top of the world stage.

CAUGHT RED HANDED??

HumanismusIII is the second largest and most influential alliance in the world today and recently joined the largest Alliance block Dignity in its condemnation of war - but more so HumanismusIII spoke out against the use of atomic weaponry.

It has however emerged today that despite what the alliance leadership may say its words do not quite follow into action as allegedly one of its current members who is engaged in war to this day has made use of atomic weaponry against a peaceful state.

A similar situation occurred not too long ago when Dignity discovered that two of its members were engaged in war. They quickly took a stand against the actions condemning them publicly and ordering the immediate withdrawal of military operations. Following this the aggressor in this case was exiled from the alliance and has since remained a peaceful state.

However... Worryingly it would appear that this more recent act of aggression within the ranks of HumanismusIII went unnoticed by the alliance leadership or peers despite its message to the world regarding war. Caught red handed? Perhaps so.

The Dignity leadership noted "While this is an unnerving incident our coverage of this matter is simply to encourage the matter to be dealt with - it is not a reflection of any negative feelings on our part" It was also said that Dignity would like to reach out to HumanismusIII to extend an offer of assistance should it require any.

Perhaps these two great Alliances can work together to bring forth a cohesive solution to this matter. This reporter would like to see that happen now and in the future as we all grow and develop as nations.

DISGUSTING

This reporter once again finds himself reporting a strong condemnation of atomic warfare from the leadership of the alliance Dignity with regard to member state W22-CS13.

The Vice Leader says that it is "completely unacceptable" for any of its member nations to be engaging in atomic warfare provoked or otherwise.

The Vice Leader noted that he expected all members to "live and breathe the values of Dignity" as they go about their national and international business. He made it clear that under no circumstances would he condone the use of atomic weaponry.

Once again I look forward to the swift actions of the Alliance should this condemnation not be deterrant enough for the aggressive nation.

RISE ABOVE IT

Dignity has expelled nation W22-CS13 from its alliance
as a result of its unprovoked use of Atomic Weaponry.

In doing so it has smacked down a challenge to the nation, and to all nations, to
"rise above the use of atomic weaponry" according to the Dignity Leadership.

Further to this, following a number of stern warnings regarding warfare and atomic weaponry
it has emerged that the Alliance has introduced a new "Atomic Weaponry policy".

The introduction of this means that should any of its member engage in Atomic warfare
without the official consent of Dignity - they will immediately face expulsion.

Hopefully this will prove as effective as previously and serve as a deterrent.
Dignity Vice Leader jamesgilfoyle stressed that
"Further action will no doubt be taken should the situation continue to develop".

CEASE AND DESIST

Following the announced removal of W22 CS13 for the use of Atomic Weaponry it has emerged that
the United Dominion of Terranea has launched an attack on W22 CS13.

The Dominion claims that the lack of 'action' on the part of Dignity to be the driving force behind their actions but this reporter needs to ask an important question. Do they really want to liberate 'CS13' into a new age of Democracy... or do they simply yearn for a new dominion to rule over as it scoops up nations into its Empire.

Regardless of motive the leadership of the alliance Dignity has firmly told the regent of Terranea to retreat from its conquest activity - noting that diplomatic means of resolving the conflict have yet to be given time to take effect or for W22 CS13 to respond.

The Vice Leader was quoted as saying that;
"War leads to more war, and more war to even more. By launching an onslaught we would be lowering ourselves to their level at this stage; one which could affect the peace of this world.
We must rise above 'CS13' and hold ourselves along with those around us
to higher expectations in the name of peace"
.

Dignity has so far proven to have been an affront of peace; and has so far not had to engage in military operations as it has explored successfully diplomatic options. Let us hope this trend continues.

In of your articles you claimed that one of our members made use of atomic weapons. It actually was one of your nations that made use of atomic weapons but as your later articles show you have already noticed this. So I don't think we need to spend more time on this.
Instead I'd like to tell you that I support Dignitys reaction to this situation. Expelling the nation that made use of atomic weapons in my eyes was the right decision and shows that Dignity upholds its principles.
We will very soon elect a foreign minister who will then communicate with Dignity and you as well in similar situations.
We look forward to having a good relationship to Dignity because we agree on some key principles such as not using atomic weapons. With their actions so far they have shown that they really are a good example for peace.

Yours sincerely Vfp (well there are no last names in my contry Wink )

Not quite. Two members - a member of your alliance and of ours have made use of Atomic Weaponry as I have already pointed out - I believe a PM was also sent to your Leader - it was W22 - CS16 (member of HumanismusIII) whom the original post was about. Since then W22 - CS13 (a member of Dignity) hence the expulsion from Dignity.

I too look forward to working with your Alliance on a number of key issues including foreign policy. Thank you for your supporting note.

Ah we all thought you meant W22 - CS13 because when we saw this the onliest use of atomic weapons that could still be seen under "Worldwide news" was W22 - CS13's.
Well we actually defended W22 - CS 16 against an attacking state but as far as we know he never made use of atomic weapons. Otherwise we wouldn't have defended him. But if he did make use of atomic weapons could you please tell me state he attacked so that we can check this?
