Economic Reform and Growth

i Have cut my budget deficit from over 200 billion to just 9 billion pounds saving my country more than 10 billion n debt interest. the economy is growing and i think its right to share the proceeds of economic growth. How should i do this, my laissez faire policies of not intervening in the economy are working and allowing markets to correct themselves has remained effective.
However i believe i want to install:
universal healthcare - can someone tell me how much it costs.
flat income tax
money reform 1 however i am unsure whether to do this my economic and financial system is functioning fine!
Thanks

Flat tax is a good idea, the universal healthcare will probably cause your deficit to increase to maybe even more than it was before. I definitely wouldnt initiate the flat tax and universal healthcare. I dont understand why you want to do universal healthcare, please explain?

RE: Economic Reform and Growth

I‘m running a surplus of around $680-billion. However, I’m going to reduce taxes by around $50-billion in the next budget, though I’m expecting economic growth to offset the total reduction in tax collections. I’m still waiting for the Rapid Transit Project to be completed, as it’ll save an estimated $1.2-trillion between 2005 and 2010. I’m projecting the complete elimination of long-term financial obligations by around 2010, thus enabling the implementation of universal health insurance without raising taxes on hardworking Americans and businesses.

It doesn't matter why he wants to do that reform, it is his political/economical belief.

RE: Economic Reform and Growth

When I introduced Universal Healthcare in my first state PE health increased by roughly 100% and acquisition taxes decreased. So I guess right now this reform would cost your state some 200-300 billion, although this is just a guess since the matrix might have changed a little in the meantime.

Universal Healthcare will increase your regent's health quite a bit but it is very expensive and should be introduced after you have already achieved a decent surplus imho.
