I don't think the Free land reform should be excluded by the Liberalism reform, as they are compatible. Many liberals/libertarians are in favor of commonly owned natural resources as it does not contradict the right to self-ownership, the ethical basis of all liberal/libertarian philosophies. And I am not the only one who thinks so:
