Apologies if this has already been covered in a German thread, but I've noticed that states that should really be going exitus are able to carry on in limbo with the quarter frozen indefinitely.

I'm not explaining myself too well, but this graph from ISIS****** sums the problem up!

Yes, this state was buggy. I set it to exitus.

Comfreak please look up if the states you delete, HAVE OPEN MILITARY ACTIONS!!!!!!

Oh and btw, there is no sense in deleting the Buggy states rather than finding the CAUSE for that hangup. (Causes i knowingly can reproduce and that already have been reported by me: 1) Scortched earth 2) Multiattacks without dec. of war. 3) Conquering during Exitus)
