Likewise... I typed a search into Google and browsed the choices.

RE: How did you get here?

I googled political simulation in April 2014

At first the game looked liked a slightly enhanced version of the silly "Nationstates", that I happened to find some year ago, but then I saw it does have compound features and inner logic, although I'm not grasping all of it yet.
I was quite shocked to see how "Nationstates" has so many fans, and how they tend to consider it a real game of decision-making and a truly pedagogical representation of political reality. Suspect

Though Ars Regendi uses some similar concepts I am happy to say it is not the same kind of "game" and infinitely more respectable.

I look forward to be giving more time to look through the forum etc to get a fuller understanding and evaluation of this simulation.

A problem that particularly interests me is the relation between a game - any mathematical game - and reality.
What can a simulation very well represent, and what will it never be able to capture?

RE: How did you get here?

I also googled for political simulator or something similar, because I was looking specifically for a browser game where I can rule everything yet in case of stress only have to do it 10 minutes a day. Hehe
