How to move to next quater in Tickless State?

As the title says, wheres the button after 3 mins where I can just initiate a new quarter in a tickless state. Thanks.

Help please. I didn't spend $10 for it to not work.
Nvm apparently the entire time it wasn't even a tickless state, I must of forgot to check that box. I thought I did. I deleted the state and restarted. And made sure it was check on tickless and now is see the button where I can press it.
