How to better the economy?

Recently I just got into a world and found myself doing pretty well at the first few quarters then unemployment started going up and the statistics weren't looking pretty well. I want to know how to reduce unemployment and increase export growth. (Note that I'm kind-of following a Chinese model of development; Retaining government control of power while loosening the grip on the economy.) Feel free to tell me anything I'm doing wrong.

First of all make sure you increase money supply by much! You have 347bil GDP and your money supply is only 292!It looks like this might be your actual problem. You have 0 growth which keeps unemployment high.Growing the money supply will probably start decreasing unemployment because you will start having growth. If i were you i would also increase interest rates a little because you are already having 2.5% inflation.

-In sharp contrast, economic phenomena are not just hard to predict. Their prediction is impossible. Why? Because human economies (quite unlike those populated by automata) are subject to something worse than the worst non-linearities: infinite regress.

He's having stagflation because money is scarce. In every template if you let GDP get way ahead of MS, sooner it will result in contraction and inflation.

Decrease your interest rate as much as you can, while increasing your money supply as much as you can.
