Political online game and economic simulation

Minor suggestion:

I just got the Insults task (the one where judges are complaining about having too many defamation cases), and it struck me that the options are missing one obvious course of action that might realistically be pursued.

Your options are basically to stop enforcement of defamation laws, repeal them entirely, or increase the penalties associated with them.

That's all fine, but since the issue is framed in terms of "our courts are overburdened with too many cases" wouldn't one expect a real government to consider the option of simply expanding their court infrastructure (hiring more judges, building more courtrooms, or whatever)?

With the state where this came up, that was my first thought--basically, if the judges are overworked, then hire more judges to get the work done faster. That way you're not altering your laws, but just improving your ability to enforce the ones you have. (I.e. obviously it costs you money, and maybe your Bureaucracy and Statism indexes go up, but maybe the better case-clearance rate means Petty Crime or something goes down.)

Just a thought. Given how I'm running that state, I immediately said "well, let's just find the 'hire more judges, then' option", except there wasn't one.
