Laicism?

I don't know where this term comes from, but where we are talking about separation of state's affairs from church's affairs, "Secularism" is correct term here.

Laicism is usually treated a specific form of Securalism. The problem with the later one is, that the term is usually perceived as rather broad. Laicism, however, has this clear "separation of state and religion" tag attached to it, which is also the key intention of the reform.
