How does the NIT affect the US template?

The NIT affects every template state the same, in the sense that it works very well. It reduces your GINI, increases your acquisition tax revenue (taxation of human labor), reduces welfare and decreases bureaucracy. If you don't plan on doing planned economy or basic income/enhanced basic income the negative income tax is the way to go.

the NIT increases your consume, so you should have money supply that is above the gdp, otherwise the grown gdp may crash down again due to low money supply.

Yes like Xaoc stated above, use the flat income tax if you're more of a right winger. or complement it with basic income if it suits your social economic views.

I launched the Negative Income Tax reform 2 quarters ago but I still have an acquistion tax rate and a welfare amount that is less than the cost of living.

The reform outcome was "Due to the new negative income tax, the Welfare Department is eliminated and poor or unemployed people only recieve government support equal to the cost of living."

I'm confused now.
