A-R Administrators:
In Burma (in World Norwich), I just spent 2 action points (AP) on reform propaganda because I currently have an influence of 3.99, and I wanted to enact pacifism, which requires an influence of at least 4.
After spending 2 AP, I am still unable to enact pacifism or any other reform which requires of an influence of 4. As such, please restore my AP since spending them did not do anything.
