Sehe ich auch so. Evtl.

And what about the issue that I published Sheep? Any chance I can get those APs back, considering there was no warning that I was bypassing the reform blockade?

I recently enacted militarism in my state Banglacash. I did not know that the militarism reform was blocked and it went through normally so I had no reason to think anything of it.
But then, just now, I went to go check my AP's and I have none. The system automatically subtracted 2 AP's to bypass the reform blockade, it did not give any warning or message letting me know I was bypassing the blockade!
I would not have enacted the reform if I knew I had to use 2 additional APs.
This is something that needs to be fixed and I would really appreciate the refunding of the 2 APS for pointing this out, if thats possible.

Going to use aps.

There should be two signs of a reform being blocked:

1) status is 'blocked' in the reform list
2) above the 'Activate' button there is a text 'This reform can be introduced but needs 2 AP due to the world ruler's blockade.'

I can check it myself tomorrow, but of course I wouldn't mind a player telling me. Zwinker2

There may be two remaining issues:

a) the signs are not obvious enough
b) world ruler can introduce blockades during your browsing (webpage doesn't refresh itself)

Issue A and B are both apparent. I just looked my reforms for militarism and it says required influence 4, but no other warning about the reform being blocked or information on bypassing it costing 2 additional APs.

Hopefully other regents read this and realize the issue before they waste APs. unfortunately I wasted APs already, any chance I can be reimbursed??

Also while I have you here Sheep, what is the deal with the passive war value in Blackpool, the figures are all incorrect.

The reform is introduced already, so there is no longer a point for a warning.

If the warning texts are displayed like intended: No, there will be no reimbursement.

Noticed the thread already, will cover it tomorrow.

ok, well I know for a fact that there was no warning when militarism was introduced, and nothing signifying that it was blocked. So I assume when this is uncovered that there may be some kind of reimbursment. Thank you for addressing the passive war value malfunction.

Hmm, the "blocked" text in the list and the warning in the reform description are both there. I made them a bit more visible now.

The world ruler shouldn't be able to block and unblock reforms all the time anyway, we will probably introduce some restrictions here.
