Please consider restoring the payment transfer function under the "World" tab. This function allows richer nations to provide financial assistance to poorer nations with debt problems. However, if you do restore this function, please make it so that the world leader does not need to approve of the payment transfer.

Last year, I reported two issues with the payment function in the german bug section of the forum. One was solved, the other was "still on the radar". Fingolfin reported issues with the payment function once more at the beginning of 2015 and it was further investigated, all in this thread.

There was no official statement, only subtext in the german section of the forum. I guess you can assume that this feature was taken offline simply for bug fixing, and will be restored as soon as the remaining issues are solved. Unfortunately Sheep appeared to be pretty busy in the recent and, therefore, he propably did not come around to fix.

The World Auction system was withdrawn for fixing about 4-5 years ago, so I wouldn't get my hopes up too much...
