When you run out of tasks, there is a link that says "Seek new tasks". If you click the link it then displays a box that says "Seeked new tasks". This should be changed to "Sought new tasks".

It might not be that difficult to program, depending on how things are currently set up. You could just create a "citizen" with different data fields, such as "education", "happiness", "wealth", etc....
