RE: Seoul General Assembly

Distinguished Delegates of the General Assembly:

Unless there are any objections, may we proceed with a vote on Director Vasilyeva's non-binding resolution?

With respect to your request, General Mangi, the Ogandan intervention in Sera will be included as a provision in the upcoming resolution on solving the global humanitarian crisis.

Finally, it will please Director Vasilyeva and the sovereign governments of Volkerbund to know that the Security Council has been officially dissolved and that the General Assembly is the only non-alliance international body with any legal authority.

I respectfully yield the floor.

Official foreign minister of the AfdU; Carlos I

Honorable Dain Ironfoot II, honorable Elena Vasilyeva, honorable Khan Braunschweiger, ladies and gentlemen,

I welcome that also other nations see the absolutely necessity to protect our environment and to counter climate change. Notwithstanding I think that your undertakings are only symbolic and will not lead to any success. This is why I think that your resolution regarding this matter, Mrs. Vasilyevas, is unnecessary.
Instead I implemented the suggestions of Oganda and and Khan Braunschweiger and hope that the majority of the Soul General Assembly can agree to the resolution now.

(Elena Vasilyeva - Director of External Relations)

Yuzhprom Group will not accept military regulation attached to environmental progress

Honorable, Carlos I; World Leaders and Colleagues,

The Yuzhprom Group cannot accept programs which impose limitations on the security potential of our state or allies which are pegged to environmental progress. Despite the countries position as an Amazonian country; we are limited in our abilities to exercise control over every inch of these territories at this time. This is 100% due to the small military we maintain. Therefore we are unable to fully enforce current environmental laws and illegal loggers and poachers are able to pursue their activities under the cover of thick forest and and flood lands.

This is why the Board of Directors have signed off on the new State Defense Order which procures the military equipment needed to support a larger armed forces to control this region effectively. The Directorate of National Defense is now under express orders to double military potential. In the same breath the Directorate of Environmental Control receives annual budget increases every single year. In addition to these changes; the Yuzhprom Corporate Congress has passed a resolution which has been signed by the Board of Directors to implement economic development and other legislation which will be environmentally sound.

Unfortunately we are more than positive that this resolution in the current form will fail. The military limitations must be removed and replaced with a diplomatic ratings decrease.

Greetings,

This legislation is dead, we are all aware that it has no support anywhere. We cannot and will not support returning this legislation to the floor. Only a completely reworked bill with sponsorship of major powers will likely be successful.

RE: Seoul General Assembly

Distinguished Delegates of the General Assembly:

I do not even know where to begin.

For reasons that remain unclear to me, General Mangi's government mobilized its military to defend Ceronia, a nation that is suffering from a humanitarian crisis and would have benefited from regime change. As a result of the general's decision, over a million soldiers from Kourion were killed, and Ceronia's government has completely collapsed, leaving that nation's citizens in the thralls of anarchy.

In what is undoubtedly the greatest overreaction in Seoul's history to date, Kourion and its Volkerbund partners retaliated by launching a massive nuclear strike against Mangarzian, killing hundreds of thousands of people and devastating that nation's infrastructure and environment.

Moving forward, I implore the representatives of Mangarzian, Kourion, and Volkerbund to abort any planned military actions and come to the negotiating table. It is never too late for diplomacy!

I respectfully yield the floor.

(Elena Vasilyeva - Director of External Relations)

Yuzhprom confident of an impending diplomatic resolution

The Yuzhprom Group Management Committee seeks to broker the beginning of talks between leadership of the alliance Volkerbund, the World Leader, and LDSS. The company seeks the immediate cessation of hostilities and aggression between all parties. The current and projected cost of a protracted conflict are astronomical; this figure erodes profitability of the corporation in the near future.

The corporation prepares to reduce capital expenditures in order to offset the financial difficulties incurred. These savings will be shifted to the strategic interest of the company which is to preserve the territorial integrity of the organization. We invite the leadership of Principala and LDSS to Yuzhnygrad to meet with alliance officials to discuss the origin and settlement of the unfortunate events. We are confident a solution with be found.

Highest Regards,
Elena Vasilyeva
Director of External Relations
JSC Yuzhpromgrup

RE: Seoul General Assembly

Distinguished Delegates of the General Assembly:

I hereby call upon the governments of Lorestan and Vaterland to immediately abort their offensive military operations against Mangarzian.

As noted by the honorable Director Vasilyeva of Yuzhpromgrup, this crisis has the potential to escalate to the level of global catastrophe, especially considering the recent merger of Principala and LDSS.

I respectfully request that the other sovereign governments of Seoul join me in lobbying the leadership of Volkerbund to return to the negotiating table.

I yield the floor.
