The Altai Republic received the proposal from ORMEC positively. We do insist that AOG retain its current assets under management within DDR, we are willing to concede our export monopoly so long as we retain our export license in general since our control over large swaths of the transmission infrastructure will minimize the disruption to our export volumes to only 40% of normal volume... an acceptable loss.

In exchange for these conditions in addition to your own, AOG will allow East Altai cooperation with ORMEC to resume and will allow Khazzadum to offload it's oil and gas to East Altai import terminals and will fill the East Altai - Algeria Pipeline which connects to the North Africa Pipeline under construction by ORMEC.

With these conditions being met Altai grants a conditional approval of the ORMEC annexation of DDR to be effected as soon as possible.
