Uncharted Territory: AI Awakening

So... I have a problem. I've gone fully transhumanist and begun phasing in androids for work. 54% of the population is unemployed. Corruption is skyrocketing.

How do I fix this?

Nevermind, it would appear that I'm surviving the Singularity.

Probably going to raise admin and drop justice spending to stabilize the economy a bit more. Gotta roll back that hyper-futuristic robotic police state and actually repair the collapsing bridges.

Update: Strange things are afoot. I believe the system does not know how to simulate this economy. GINI fluctuates from 0.05 to .5, and the Entertainment Industry has disappeared. On the bright side, Corruption dropped back to normal, so it may be that everyone got tired of the hookers and virtual reality.

We don't appear to be trading with anybody, given a floor of 20B for imports and exports.

Update: The Economy has surged by 43%. Tourism appears to be the reason, as we went up from ~ 0 Tourism to ~ 60. Healthcare appears to have tripled.

The government considers adopting Anarcho-capitalism, as it has no idea what is going on anyway, so we may as well abolish the entire thing.

Sorry. Saw this a bit to late.

Effectively, the entire development of this state was a continuation of its previous problem discussed here. First, the population outgrew the economy of your state. Wages plummeted; Corruption and crime became a routine as means of survival. The criminal underworld grew so big that at some point an entire parallel society established. Your states government effectively lost control over its population.

From here, there was no point of return. Your state had to fail at some point, even though it is sometimes hard to predict which exact development will cause the actual collapse.

Personally, I blame the damned Androids. Was a fun experiment.
