Political online game and economic simulation

Ever since I implemented Protectionism Vlaxia's exports and investments have been extremely unstable and flat 1.60 billion.

Gross Investment briefly increased a 2 or 3 times but otherwise has returned to 1.60B and despite seeing longer progress over several quarters. Exports are now once again stuck at 1.60B and i'm running an huge trade deficit and combined with a sky-high interest rate Vlaxia cannot grow past sustainably past 3 trillion.

Unemployment is also uncontrollable so the only way to keep growing is to fund state-led projects or possibly keep shoving money into basic income/welfare to keep up demand....however since citizens have a huge amount of disposable income combined with loft interest rates there's been a huge surge of capital (but gross investment is still 1.60B means somehow citizens are directing their massive surplus into the market somehow)

I would really just like a reset to before I implemented Protectionism, Vlaxia has no way of challenging the global order and this is really just to ensure I can sustainably survive to the final quarter. I've implemented totalitarianism as a final fail safe...but in the case that a reset is denied I think all can agree i've pushed my skills in Ars to the limit since there's no longer any practical way i'll be able to keep this template going for much longer. My economy should atleast be 4 or 5 something trillion and i've been flying all over the 2 and extremely low 3 trillions.

The interest rate keeps shooting up despite fighting to get it back down. I mean darn I wanted lower inflation and overall inflation still remain above my target. I'm wondering how the massively high disposable income will combine with higher interest rates to impact overall aggregate demand.

Honestly, this is still probably one of my more successful post-commie states. But with player-ship seemingly down (which is normal for a game this age) I doubt i'll have many more opportunities to play another post-commie in a world. I would be open to it again.... the dynamics in Barmen have been pretty nice even with the invasion and all. The massive support i've received in assistance...the literal trillions would have been so valuable had my template remained stable.

Nonetheless, my RP will march on until the very end!
