Well if that's the case we should be concerned, because people have been complaining about stagnating growth and have been calling for it, no matter what. Makes you think about Christopher Clark's Sleepwalkers again. Wars nobody wanted but nobody was averting either.
This makes me only stronger in the belief that the newly upcoming xenophobia in my country has to be opposed. It's the oversimplification of complex matters which makes people susceptible for propaganda, after all, or rather that was somehow a definition for propaganda.
